WOODLAWN - Rhianna Frazier hit two free throws with 23 seconds left in overtime and Junction City rallied for a 59-56 win at Woodlawn on Monday. The Lady Dragons rallied from a 17-point deficit in the third quarter to tie the game at 40-40 at the end of regulation.
