Deborah Lynn Gould
ESCANABA Deborah Lynn Gould, of Escanaba, entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Bellin Health Systems in Green Bay, Wis. The daughter of Henry and Lucille (Gould) Swanson, Sr., Deb was born on October 18, 1950 in Manistique. She attended Manistique Area Schools and graduated from the Manistique High School with the class of 1968. On October 13, 1971, the former Deborah L. Swanson married Vernon Lee Gould at the Hiawatha Four Square Country Church in Manistique. She spent the greater part of her life in Manistique and later Escanaba, where she and Vern raised their family.Â
Deb was a member of the First Baptist Church of Manistique. In her 70 years of life, Deb truly embodied and taught her family that joy is something that is made at home each day and is found in giving to those you love.
