Kpix5s Christian Hartnett is in San Francisco with the proposal that has some drivers all revved up tonight. Christian . Reporter well yeah, a lot of drivers dont like the idea. Especially with the low gas prices we are seeing right now. And the drivers who have invested in more fuel efficient cars say it wouldnt be fair. Stan max climbs into the hybrid car he bought last year. A purchase made because of the 300 miles he wracks up a week. It may save gas, but it may not save him much money if he has to pay by the mile. The current state tax is 36 cents a gallon but they are thinking of scrapping that and charging a mileage tax. A test program wouldnt start until 2017. Frequent drivers may end up paying more. I may have to do

Drinking in public, urinating along the race route, and some loud parties at some apartments nearby. Those are just a few complaints from the People Living along the race route. A lot of these people bracing for the worst tomorrow. Now, the race will start around 8 a. M. Tomorrow morning for the 104th time. Some treat it as an actual race still but over the years, its turned into a good excuse for day drinking which is still not allowed this year by the way. The event organizers and San Francisco police are implementing changes to cut down on the revelry. Some living along the race route say its cost headaches in the past but there
