Were still seeing those lingering, scattered showers. Very light to the north in novato. Then vallejo, looks like you may start to see it. I do want to point this out, as far as rain totals we saw. Since january 1st, for San Francisco, 3 1 2 inches of rain already. On average, we get over an inch since january 1st. So for this time of year, this definitely did send us well above what we normally should see. Oakland, since january 1st, saw about 3 1 2 inches of rain, bringing us about 2 inches above normal. And look at san jose, you got a decent helping of rain yesterday. It and that bumped you up to 1. 92 since the beginning of the year. Its been quite a wet start. Well talk about that in just a bit. We got rid of the precipitation pretty along time ago, in fact, it has been hours now since that made its departure, the aftermath issue that lingers into this morning , with the temperatures still again below freezing, from i95 on north and west, assume it is slick, in the mid 30s even Atlantic City and wildwood. I would not count on t not being slick. Because youre still close enough. I think you got to wait until late morning, before this becomes a nonissue any more, thats when the temperature will rise far enough above freezing, that we can sort of just, you know, breathe easier about the whole thing. But we are at least expect to go see more than anything sunshine. 3 degrees, few degrees above whats average. We will take it, just the beginning, my friends, of really nice pattern change. Commute, no doubt good news for first time in a long time we have waking up with no accidents. The problem was, you know we warm up, it that you had out but anything that didnt totally dry up now were below freezing and it will refreeze. Until it is completely thought and dried out you may run into this for now. But, we are going to continue a warming trend in the days ahead. That will help that along. For now storm scan is empty, yet again and we have a generally clear skies couple cloud throughout the morning but this is a very quiet start say for these temperatures leading to that after effect issue, of reicing. Just you know, make sure that youre assuming, for now it could still be a little slick. I dont anticipate it is as bad as yesterday but it is still a concern and so once again were down in the 20s across the board here. It is another chilly morning. Again watching for ice but throughout the day i will see some sunshine and temperature do rebound in the seasonal, lower 40s an
