Susquehanna Valley Emergency Medical Services plans to join Penn State Health

Susquehanna Valley Emergency Medical Services has signed a letter of intent for the organization to join Penn State Health.
The Susquehanna Valley Emergency Medical Services’ stations and its approximately 85 employees, including emergency medical technicians and paramedics, will join Penn State Health this summer. Susquehanna Valley Emergency Medical Services will be affiliated with Penn State Health Life Lion, which manages the health system’s prehospital medicine program. Susquehanna Valley Emergency Medical Services offers 24/7 emergence response and non-emergency services, wheelchair van transportation and stand-by special coverage for special events.
