There was a lot of activity a very short summary. Police say they had found the person they were looking for in connection with the body parts found in a suitcase. This was in the tenderloin as a residential building called the sala burton manor. They had surrounded the entrance to that residential unit with about half a dozen police vehicles. And at some point they escorted that man out, that man had a sheet over his head. Police put him in a squad car and drove away.
