[ cheers ] a new years eve toast at this backyard house party, a guest captured this video atmileanhour wind where the sounds of rapid gunfire can be heard in the distance. Everything going fine, and then we heard some gunshots like this. This man hosted the party. One woman was grazed by a stray bullet on her lower body, but she didnt realize she was injured for several minutes. She didnt care too much. And then she went to toilet and she see the injured. She got bleeding. Her injuries didnt require medical attention. A bullet was later found on the patio. Police say it likely came from someones celebratory

The two pedestrians that were hit are at San Francisco General Hospital and the family of five inside the car that were hit, family members are grateful they walked away without injury, but they are shaken by what they saw. I just saw him hit these two guys and i barely saw the second person, but the one guy i saw fly many feet through the air. Reporter heather king saw this truck hit two pedestrians on the sidewalk and then head straight for her car. Her husband was behind the wheel, her three kids in the backseat. Where the truck hit was where my 10yearold was sitting. Luckily, i yeah it missed him. Reporter no one in the family of five was seriously hurt. Sounds like she could have been feet or inching away from being critically struck. Around Midnight Police say they got several 911 calls reporting gunfire from that location. Thats about a block from the new years eve house party. Police a running a ballistics test on the bullet found, but they admit they need tips from the public. If someone calls in with the right lead, well pursue it and hopefully find the person that discharged the gun last night and bring that person to ju
