Barney fraaken on two counts of 1stdegree murder yesterday. Police e y fraaken shot his wife amy and daughter amber in november last year. Fraaken also shot himself that day. Police arrested him shortly after he was released from the hospital. Last year, fraakens stepson told kccitv he believes the shooting came from marital problems. Beautiful and we will call it cool to mild and some of the preliminary highs and for oakland 67 degrees and you get an idea where the fog was near fairfield, 67 degrees near the delta and those temperatures maxing out in the 50s for this afternoon. Here you can see from the satellite, a loop over the past six hours and there is that central hour fog clearing out and the cooling impacts keeping the temperatures down all day and more of an offshore flow.
