West Side Christian’s boys’ basketball season ended on Monday in the first round of the Heartland Christian Athletic Association Division II Tournament in Shawnee, Okla. The Warriors fell to Trinity Christian 79-75, ending their season with a 20-8 record.

SHAWNEE, Okla. - West Side Christian held its breath as Claremore Christian stood at the free throw line in the final seconds with two free throws, trailing by a single point. After the first and then second free throw missed, the Lady Warriors’ Camille McKnight snagged the rebound and held on as the final time ticked off the clock.
West Side Christian’s girls hit the road Wednesday for the long trip to Shawnee, Okla. The Lady Warriors are scheduled to face Claremore Christian Thursday at 7 p.m., in the semifinals of the Heartland Christian Athletic Association Division II Tournament.
