Son still wanted, considered armed and dangerous Share Updated: 6:51 AM CST Mar 9, 2021 A Natchez mother has been arrested for preventing her child from being arrested in a 2020 shooting.On March 3, Natchez police arrested Caronda Washington, 41, for hindering prosecution in the first degree and aiding in the prevention of the arrest of her son, Cameron Washington, 20.On June 6, 2020, Natchez police responded to a report of shots fired at 601 Old Washington Road. Bullet holes were found in the front windshield of a 2004 Nissan in addition to other parts of the surrounding apartment building. Two victims were transported to Merit Health in Natchez where one was later released and the other was transferred to UMMC in Jackson.Police said several people were involved in
