Communities need federal help to get the protective equipment and testing supplies they need to protect their front line medical workers and essential employees. Unfortunately the administration is leaving it up to the states. Forcing them to compete against each other in order to purchase equipment and supplies from the private sector, leading to higher prices and greater shortages. W
