CRUs established in Civil Secretariat for centralized receipt of Dak CRUs established in Civil Secretariat for centralized receipt of Dak Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, July 14: The Government today ordered establishment of a Central Registry Unit (CRU) in the Civil Secretariat Jammu and Srinagar for centralized receipt of Dak of all departments. All Dak addressed to various departments functioning from the Civil Secretariat shall only be received in the Central Registry Units, functioning at Legislative Complex Premises in Civil Secretariat Jammu/Srinagar. The CRU shall function as part of GAD, under the overall supervision of an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary.
