MANILA - The shear line affecting southern Luzon and the northeast monsoon or "amihan" affecting northern and central Luzon will bring cloudy skies and some rains to most parts of the country on Saturday. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Calabarzon, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas regions, as well as Marinduque and Romblon, will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought by the shear line. On the other hand, cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province, and Aurora due to the "amihan".
