New Delhi, March 14 : Aditya Tare scored an unbeaten 118 after captain Prithvi Shaw smashed 73 off 39 balls to help Mumbai beat Uttar Pradesh by six wickets and win the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy at the Arun Jaitley Stadium here on Sunday.
Shaw and Yashasvi Jaiswal got Mumbai off to a flying start to the chase with an opening partnership of 89 runs that came in just over nine overs. The Mumbai captain scored most of the runs and he eventually fell to Shivam Mavi after hitting 10 fours and four sixes.

Mumbai captain Prithvi Shaw hit yet another hundred in the Vijay Hazare Triophy on Tuesday to lead his team to the semi-finals of the 50-over domestic tournament.
Prithvi Shaw smashed 185 not out off 123 balls as Mumbai beat Jaydev Unadkat s Saurashtra by 9 wickets in the fourth quarterfinal in Delhi. Mumbai will now face Karnataka in the semifinal on March 11.
Shaw s innings was laced with 21 boundaries and 7 sixes as he took the Saurashtra attack to the cleaners during his third hundred-plus score in the tournament.
