Known for its cheesesteaks and massive hoagies, Fat Kid Sandwiches operated for two years at Hatch Local Food Hall, before the food hall abruptly closed in March.
The food hall will “transition from a retail food and beverage business to an incubator and systems integrator for the local food and beverage sector."
