It is a category 1 hurricane about 30 miles southwest of victoria, texas, but it came ashore overnight as a ferocious category 4 storm, winds of 130 miles per hour. She gave birth at her home but suffocated the newborn girl and left her in a trash bag behind the house. When seudat started bleeding heavily thursday morning, her mother called paramedics. Doctors determined the suspect gave birth recently and later on investigators discovered the baby girl in the suspects back yard. She delivered the baby herself. As far as we know it was a healthy baby until it succumbed to the asphyxiation. Reporter from what weve learned from investigators, the suspect was a college student.
