And authors that members of congress are reading. Every summer we visit capitol hill to find out what is on the congressional members reading lists. Here is what a representative of new york told us. Booktv recently visited capitol hill to ask members of congress what they are reading this summer. Today we are going to talk about two books, one im currently reading and one that i will read next the first is a by amy cuddy you may have seen hersh is the second most popular ted talks and she talks about the importance of how you carry yourself and having your sense of self in terms of it being present in all situations. It has garnered a global following and im reading it right now and recommend it to anyone whether you are a student, in high school or the ceo of a company that helps you realize your full potential and i think that is great especially when we want to encourage young women to achieve their full potential.
