Car that open fired looking for the person that open fired on a car that had a 4yearold little girl in it. Reporter the 4yearold was shot in the arm and this happened just before 9 00 last night on the 65 hundred block in oakland. The little girl was sitting in up parked car when another car pulled alongside them and someone open fired. Her mother the mother her mother immediately drove her to the oakland hospital. Finding the shooter in this case is extremely important. Any act of violence committed in our city is concerning. This one is even more so because it is a 4yearold child. No child should be subject to any type of violence or witness any type of violence. The police have not said what the motive was for the shooting or who the people were involved in this. They are looking at Surveillance Video to identify the shooter as well as maybe get some information on the getaway car. There is a 7500 reward being put up by the Police Department as well as crime stopper. If you know any
