Total COVID-19 Cases In P-A Top 571-Thousand
(Harrisburg, PA) Officials with the P-A Department of Health are adding another 79-hundred-62 COVID-19 cases across the Commonwealth. That brings the statewide total to 571-thousand-551 confirmed or probable cases since the start of the pandemic. There were 231 COVID-19 related deaths reported yesterday, bringing the death toll to 14-thousand-212. Two Charged For Alleged Drug Deal Robbery In Harrisburg
(Harrisburg, PA) Police are charging two men for their role in a robbery that started with a drug deal gone wrong in Harrisburg last week. Leonard Quattlebaum and William Hawkins are both accused in the incident on the 100-block of South Second Street Friday night. The 29-year-old Quattlebaum and his 20-year-old accomplice decided to rob a third man during a marijuana buy. It’s reported the gun used in the robbery was stolen from Swatara Township. The two are in Dauphin County Prison on 100-thousand-dollars bail.

(Harrisburg, PA) Two regional transit companies in Harrisburg are planning to merge. Capital Area Transit and rabbittransit announced the plans of the merger yesterday. Both companies will change their name to Susquehanna Regional Transit Authority. The merger is going to improve services such as adding a single fare payment system and expanding call center hours.
