Allegedly shot Darren Goforth over and over with no apparent provocation. Goforth was a tenyear veteran, the married father of a 12yearold daughter and a 5yearold son. The 30yearold is charged with capital murder in the friday night executionstyle killing of 47yearold Harris County deputy Darren Goforth at a suburban houston gas station. Just read probable cause to the judge. Reporter District Attorney Devon Anderson described a witness account of goforth being shot 15 times. And looked up and saw a black male with a bald head shooting, standing over Deputy Goforth and unloading a pistol into him. Reporter investigators were able to find miles nearby at his mothers house.
