The suspect stood up about 20 minutes into the showing of trainwreck and then began firing into the crowd before turning the gun on himself. Now, within seconds a teacher inside the Movie Theater was able to pull the fire alarm. Governor jindal says that move and the quick thinking of Police Officers saved lives.
