GIRARD Anita L. Decker-Feltner, 71, passed away late Monday afternoon, April 5, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital after a brief illness, with her family by her side.
Anita, who was know to all as “Lucy,” was born Oct. 29, 1949, in Fayetteville, N.C., a daughter of the late Walter and Anna Mary Rubino Decker, and came to this area with her family as a child in 1955.
She graduated from Harding Business School with a degree in accounting and was a homemaker.
Lucy was of the Catholic faith and was a former member of St. Patrick Church in Youngstown. She was a member of the Ladies’ Lunch Club, the Red Robins and she enjoyed quilting, sewing and spending time with her family.
