A HAWORTH couple are among those supporting a campaign aimed at helping people feel fitter and healthier. The initiative, known as the 20 Minute Movement, is designed to get people off their sofas and doing something active every day. Behind the venture is Living Well – which, led by Bradford Council’s department of public health and NHS Bradford and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group, strives to reduce preventable ill health. A team consulted more than 1,800 residents and 36 health-related organisations to see what “living well” meant to them. Responses focused on taking more exercise, eating more healthily and participating in activities that made them feel good.
