Are. Dr. Brad buck says the district is proud of how its schools performed in this latest report card. He recognizes there are improvements that need to be made, but he says its important for people to remember this report grades the states schools on a curve. So, he wasnt totally surprised that none of cedar rapids schools made it into the top two rating categories. 41 43 58 the chances of having schools in there is small.
