A 15-year-old is facing several charges after going for taking the car out for a drive with some of his friends.
An officer was on patrol on Haldibrook Road in Caledonia, when a vehicle caught the attention of an officer for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
The vehicle continued to travel after the officer activated their emergency lights but eventually came to a stop.
Officers observed there were three occupants aged 15-years-old and one aged 16-years-old in the vehicle.
The 15-year-old driver from Stoney Creek is now facing the following charges:

A 15-year-old Stoney Creek youth was charged last week with a number of Highway Traffic Act offences after reportedly refusing to stop for police.
Haldimand OPP pulled over the vehicle on Haldibrook Road near Caledonia Thursday around 7 p.m. Investigating officers discovered three 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old in the vehicle.
