Charles severance was found that hen all 10 counts was facing in a case that has spanned over a decade including a capital murder charge of ronald kirby and nancy dunning. The sentencing phase will begin at noon. He is facing life in prison. We know that severance will not face the Death Penalty in this case. Dunning was killed and 2003. Lodato was another one of his victims. Defense argued that authorities jump to conclusions because of his mental illness.
