Lebanon County s only county-run mass site for coronavirus vaccinations opened Wednesday in an ex-Kmart building, with 611 people scheduled to be vaccinated in the first day and 3,000 total over a three-day period. It feels overdue, said Bob Dowd, director of the county s department of emergency services. We are thrilled we are able to make this happen. I think there s been a lot of frustration surrounding the availability of vaccines. We re hoping this alleviates a lot of that.
