Lebanon County's only county-run mass site for coronavirus vaccinations opened Wednesday in an ex-Kmart building, with 611 people scheduled to be vaccinated in the first day and 3,000 total over a three-day period.
"It feels overdue," said Bob Dowd, director of the county's department of emergency services. "We are thrilled we are able to make this happen. I think there's been a lot of frustration surrounding the availability of vaccines. We're hoping this alleviates a lot of that."
