An alleged drug trafficker, identified as Suleiman Babatunde Oba, who is a member of a cartel distributing cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and ephedrine in Nigeria, Brazil, Ghana, South Africa, Mozambique, and Europe has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
