Over superstitious beliefs, three people have been arrested for allegedly being involved in the murder of their 2-year-old nephew, said the police.
The victim, Shiva was playing outside his house in Hasanpur village on Friday evening when one of the accused allegedly took him to her house. The child was later allegedly murdered by the accused Ramsurat, his wife and his daughter, informed the police.
The accused then hid the body in a wheat flour container, they said.

NEW DELHI: Thousands of farmers protesting against the three farm laws began their first of a kind tractor parade in the national capital, much before the time they were granted permission by Delhi Police for the event. At Delhi s Mukarba Chowk, security personnel used tear gas on groups of farmers as they tried to break barricades and cemented barriers with tractors at Delhi s Mukarba Chowk.

In three years of the current Lok Sabha, only five of the 545 members clocked cent per cent attendance. Congress President Sonia Gandhi attended more sittings than her son Rahul.
Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s claim that protecting the “mother cow” is his priority is being tested by complaints that his government stopped funding its cowshed project months ago, leaving the animals to starve to death.
Over a dozen panchayat chiefs from Banda district in Bundelkhand have written a joint letter to Adityanath saying they would release all the cattle from the temporary cowsheds under their care unless the funds and the arrears are released by December 25.
“We have been running 43 cowsheds since 2018, when the state government erected shelters for unclaimed cattle and allocated funds,” the letter says.
