New Delhi, May 10 : Stocks of Covaxin in the Capital could run out in the next 24 hours and stocks of Covishield are likely to get exhausted in the next three to four days, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said on Monday. Delhi has stocks for just one day for one and for three or four days for the other. Covaxin stock will last a day and Covishield three or four days, said Jain during his visit to a 400-bed Covid facility at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib.

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - A prominent Sikh temple opened a hospital in the Indian capital New Delhi on Monday to help the country s overstretched health system cope with a surging second wave of the coronavirus.
The temple, known as Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, located in New Delhi s main government district, will provide 400 beds equipped with oxygen, said Manjinder Singh Sirsa, president of the Delhi Sikh temple management committee.
As the second wave strains healthcare resources, Sikh temples are increasingly setting up hospitals and providing oxygen and ambulances.

Delhi Gurudwara to set up Covid facility. (Representational image)
In view of the coronavirus crisis in the country, Delhi s Gurudwara Rakab Ganj will be opening up a Covid facilty which will be functional in next 3-5 days. The facility will be equipped with all Covid related requirements like beds, oxygen and all crucial medicine availability.
The facility will be having upto 250 beds, equipped with all facilities. All the services that would be offered by Gurudwara will be free off cost. The hospital has also arranged around 100 oxygen concentrators.
Meanwhile, amid this crisis time, in a positive development, the Centre Monday said the rising number of daily COVID-19 cases in some states remains a cause of concern and while a few others like Delhi and Maharashtra are plateauing in terms of daily cases. The Centre said these are very early signals and containment efforts have to continue to break the chain of transmission.
