GUWAHATI: The untiring endeavour of Samkalp is praiseworthy. Samkalp is not just an organization but a revolution that has been trying to make the structure of Indian administration better, competitive and adaptable with the the changing situation based on the edifice of Indian culture and heritage, said Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi while attending a Guru Samman Samaroh here on Sunday.
