beginning his plea to this tax misdemeanor charges and then the firearm offense. but it appeared it was on the brink of collapse over with the potential scope here and what other charges existed because the prosecutor said that this investigation was still ongoing. when asked if it could cover other charges, he said yes. after this break, they seem to be on the same page and unless something has happened in the time i have been out here, he s moving forward to pleading guilty to the charges, as we expected today. it was just this issue of the scope of this and it appears that the prosecution is saying very much that their investigation is ongoing and hunter biden is pleaing to and what the agreement covers are just tax charges, gun possession charges, and drug use charges. thank you so much for that important reporting. i want to bring evarth perez bak in.
