Capitol building will president obama will make his inaugural address this morning in front of hundreds of thousands of on lookers. President obamas seconds term now underway. As mandated by the constitution. The president was officially sworn no office on january 20th, less than 24 hours ago. John roberts administered the oath during a private ceremony at the white house. Unlike four years ago, this time they got it right. No do over needed. The ceremonies coincide with the National Holiday of dr. Martin luther king.
