ASTANA. KAZINFORM Different stages, famous musicians, a rich program – all this is about a series of Baroque concerts, to be held from April 12 to 27 in Astana Opera’s Marble, Chamber and Grand Halls. ASTANA. KAZINFORM The soloists of the Astana Opera International Opera Academy presented with great success a concert performance of Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s opera Iolanta. The story about the healing power of love did not leave the viewers indifferent. They grieved and rejoiced along with the heroes of the magical story to the brilliant music presented with all the subtle nuances by the music director and conductor of the performance Ruslan Baimurzin, masterfully brought to life by the opera house’s symphony orchestra and choir, Kazinform learned from the Astana Opera press service.
ASTANA. KAZINFORM The tour of Astana Opera’s soloists, choir and symphony orchestra to Almaty ended with thunderous applause. On December 8 and 10, excerpts from national and foreign operas, symphonic works, as well as Giuseppe Verdi’s monumental work Requiem were performed for the classical music connoisseurs of the southern capital under the baton of the Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Abzal Mukhitdin.
NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Astana Opera Academy attendees will take part in the 5th Éva Marton International Singing Competition, which will be held from September 5 to 11 in Budapest (Hungary).
