This morning we will look at how we are moving beyond the war on drugs was in the broader challenges of transnational organized crime and what strategies can be effective in combating this threat. While Illegal Drugs and crime associate with them are still Devastating Community on both sides of our southern border, its not yet clear successful the huge investors made over the decades have made in eradicating supply and production.
