Wrong, youre in the bronx chasing a story of a man that might be called another prisoner on rutgers island. This is pedro, he is currently incarcerated at rikers island. In 2016 when he is 60 he was charged with firing a gun into a crowd in a section of the south bronx. The entry it occurred in september of 2015. A teenager was shot in the like. Pedro maintained his innocence since the day he was arrested. Initially eyewitnesses told investigators that pedro was in fact the shooter, landing him in his cell. Fast forward to today, everything is flipped. Its been reported that at least two eyewitnesses have changed their two and say that he was not the shooter. Well, fbi director james comey says he will cooperate fully with the fbi pro i probe how he handled the Hillary Clinton investigation. They blame comeys actions in part for the loss of the president ial elections. Jeff pegues has the details. Reporter the investigators probe goes into the heart that policies and procedures were not followed by fbi director james comey. It will also look at whether certain officials should have recused themselves and if nonpublic information was inappropriately given to the Clinton Campaign and the media. And you can see on the futurecast that now were going to stop this at midday so 1 00 in the afternoon, the major band is still up in the north bay. That is whats going to be moving south kicking up the winds giving us good rain and gusts to about 30, 40 Miles Per Hour before it all moves out overnight tonight so it will be blustery today. It will cost up to 1. 3 million to fix the structural problems. We were actually hoping to be able to get in and start working in the sinkhole to remove debris and assets damage. The challenge they are now facing is another round of this Rainy Weather making conditions hazardous. They say the area could be inundated with storm water again if a storm drainage system cant handle creek overflows and on and off throughout the morning we have already been watching some of that rain currently died down a little bit now but still expecting more later on.
