Epstein was found hanged in his cell on saturday but it turns there were a string of irregularities surrounding his death. Despite reports he tried to kill himself last month, hed been taken off suicide watch, he didnt have a cell mate and he wasnt checked on every 30 minutes. Epstein was awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking minors, and documents released just last week accused several other powerful people.
