A parent signs that, its a risk that your child is participating in. Just to make a personal xhimth to notify the school immediately if there is a positive test within their household. I think i didnt know the requirement again, i dont have the authority to do that as the board of education and Public Health, im just thinking that in a private school setting, it is different than a Public School setting and that you are dealing with a different demographic of folks and Living Conditions and also i think the language barrier and there is a lot of miscommunication, so i think that we also dont do things well for our people who are not English Speakers or english readers. We look at social media, and we think theyre going to get it, so this is the type of thing were wondering about what type of sort of combined, with the city and county of San Francisco and sfusd messaging that needs to go out before we were open to school. Its not so much a risk assessment, but a personal responsibility
Ill ask the general manager if you have any comment on this. We are essentially a low bid city. There is a bid process. The City Attorneys Office has looked into the contractor and for we are very close to being finished with this contract. Its not really new money per se. Its part of the contingency budget. Like any construction project we have change orders and modifications. This is within budget. Thank you, any other comments . This was at the Capital Committee. We were given assurances that moving forward they wouldnt be allowed to bid on projects. The problems and allegations against this contractor doesnt relate to this contract. There was a determination in order to complete the project, basically we had to finish the project. The allocation as it general manager noted doesnt require new money to finish the project but the conclusion was while we understand the allegations and the problems with the contractor. We just had to finish the project but moving forward, the commission
