We are continuing to expand throughout the city. We plan to double our membership in the next 18 months. We have members in every single one of our district in over 23 neighborhoods. Why is San Francisco village so important to you and the city . The village is a proactive response to the growing population and needs of seniors in senior. It helps those folks to stay in charge of their lives. We do this through safety training. A core of direct visits and social efforts to help provided an important tall by making our anybodys acknowledgeable about them. Were a platform for trusted relationships for our members. Were in communication with our members daily and monthly following up on their wellbeing. Weve been able to provide reduced memberships and train more volunteers. And we know that San

And also investing in the future of our nonprofit leaders. Weve worked in San Francisco nonprofit workforce. Ive been over at campus Family Youth Services and presently at i h consortium. There was a time when it was rewarding. With our two annual salaries weve put our girls through schools and we utilized the Dance Mission spc a and we do everything in San Francisco and were proud to call ourselves san franciscans. And weve done that on a nonprofit salary. But will next generation folks build and contribute to their Nonprofit Mission and remain in San Francisco to enjoy family. I shutter to think of the loyalty and experience has all gone to the wind. Im here to ask the San Francisco committee to consider in order to retain those bright leaders of tomorrow but two be a place our next generations workforce can feel they have a good end thank you.
