Bart says theres some sort of problem with the tracks between North Concord and pittsburg bay point. Bart says it is working on pinpointing the problem and getting it fixed. Since late this afternoon. Shuttle trains were taking passengers between the two stations. We just got off the phone with bart. They say the Shuttle Service has stopped.
