A Look Out Circular (LOC) has been issued against the accused in the Air India urination incident as he was not joining the investigation in the matter, the Delhi Police official said on Friday.
A day after Delhi Police asked the authority concerned to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC), now the Delhi Police has reached out to the US-based Wells Fargo company s legal department to cooperate with investigations against accused S Mishra who has been charged under several IPC sections for urinating on an elderly woman co-passenger during JFK (New York) to Delhi flight on November 26.
