There are no two words better able to reduce people in Bray and Greystones to laughter and tears simultaneously than ‘cliff’ and ‘walk’. It’s like being tickled whilst chopping an onion. But as we look ahead to 2024, wondering if the amenity, which was once voted Ireland’s No1 Favourite Local Attraction in the Irish Independent Readers’ Travel Awards, will be amenable at all come spring, it’s just a question of glass half-empty, or glass half-full . . . of tears.
Gardaí in Greystones are investigating after a “traumatising” dog attack took place in the harbour area on Saturday, January 20 and is believed to have involved an American bully dog.
