After we look on senator sessions, we will turn to legislation and other committee housekeeping business on the agenda. I would like to mention a few things before we proceed. Except for the Ranking Member, i will ask everyone to try to limit the remarks to five minutes. That is how i handle lynchs nomination and by my count, every democrat on this committee except for two that i know about, has already announced that the intent to oppose the nomination so there is no mystery how this thing may go today.
