More than 20 inches of rain has fallen in winnie, just east of houston. Yesterday several tornadoes touched down in houston. The area also got hit with heavy rain just in time for the evening rush hour commute. Some parts received more than ten inches of rain. Galveston spent most of yesterday under water. Highways were flooded. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for southeheast texas and partsf louisiana through this evening. And more trouble could be on the way. But then it takes five days to go through a screening process before these folks are brought back to cuba. Within the last two weeks we had two my grants that shot themselves, then were medevacd before we apprehended them so they were medevacd back to the United States.
