Northeast Little League in Saint Petersburg pays a company to handle the registration fees but it is striking out when it comes to getting its money back. Peter bernard is live at one of the ball fields the Little League uses and you found out there is an explanation for all of this. Reporter there is an explanation. The Little Leaguers, we are out watching the game. It appears this looks like this could be a huge ripoff or a giant fraud and you cant blame the lk together for thinking so. However, hang with me.
