Bank of Utica is hosting its free annual New Year s Eve Party from 6:30 p.m. to midnight Sunday, Dec. 31 on Genesee Street in Utica, New York. The festivities are open to all and feature live music, entertainment, family fun, a countdown to 2024 and fireworks at midnight.
