Police did release a detailed time line of grays arrest all the way up until the time ambulances were called to transport him to shock trauma. We did learn that after the initial arrest he was taken out of the van and placed in leg irons and learned that gray asked for an inhaler several times and at this point no explanation for how his spinal cord wound up severed. His alleged killer was locked up 90 minutes a of the shooting on saturday. Nbc news is reporting that a gun just found in a yard in the suspects neighborhood. Investigators are checking to see if thats the murder weapon. He was 25 and came from a family of Police Officers. First at 4 00 today, a Prince Georges County Police Officer found guilty of assaulting a student inside a high school. News 4 bureau chief Tracey Morgan is live where the verdict was read today. Reporter the chief says nobody is above the law including Police Officers and if they do something wrong, hell contact the States Attorneys Office and seek prosecution. And i called and reported the incident. We felt like we needed immediate assistance because he wasnt responsive. My wife was concerned he was even having a seizure. Despite the 1yearold being unconscious, the dispatcher listed him as conscious and rated the incident as minor. The closest available medics were not dispatched. He needed medical care. 20 minutes had gone by with not even the siren. Reporter the city has launched an internal investigation as they say theyre looking at how 911 calls are answered.
