York-based Gray Apple Design helped with the architectural and furnishing redesign with Inch & Co. Construction spearheading the renovations and buildout. We really want to honor Elmwood Mansion s history and let the original architectural details shine through while appointing the space with clean lines and new textures, Gabrielle Messina of Gray Apple Design said in a statement.
The three-story, 6,500-square-foot mansion was previously owned by UPMC and put on the market in 2018 with a $1.1 million asking price. At the time the building was being used as a conference center. Inch Properties LLC., purchased the property in January according to the York County Recorder of Deeds.
