About that and i agree with you there is a need to work with the department of elections. I was watching the hearings in the board process and closer to november they have an election and their time is spent on that. I will figure out to get the information from them earlier in the year but hold off doing the work and the writing and the stuff that takes more time to put together the report until after we finish the undergrounding so that is the first request that we got and i have been thinking how to engage with them and they have their schedule and important things to do and getting that out of them and getting the information. Over San Pablo Bay there is still a couple around. Nothing too heavy yet. The temperatures are so mild. I mean 60s on the temps. These were very warm systems. Very dynamic but not much in the way of cold air. 57 san ramon. The breeze is the big story here. Still rather breezy to blustery. At least conditions are not there. Mostly sunny, partly cloudy.
